At the City Council meeting last night the Mayor (Mr. G. A. Troup) made reference to the death of the late Mr. J. B. Harcourt. He asked permission to forward a letter to the sons and daughters of, Mr. Harcourt expressing deepest sympathy with them in their bereavement. He moved in that direction.
