Campbell t hou. treasurer. Mr. 11. M. Boddington. The appointment of a secretary was held over. It was decided to vote the secretary, Mr. 11. P. Ahrens, an hororarium of fifteen guineas, and Mr. S. Campbell, assistant secretary, five guineas*
