There is probably more city building "oing on in Dunedin just now than "here is in any other town in New Zealand (says the "Otago Daily Times ). The two daily papers have erected new premises of most palatial appearance, and two new picture theatres are also nearing completion, one behind the present Empire Theatre in Princes Stieet, mid the other in the Octagon. Fullers tire also rebuilding their theatie in High Street, and a big six-story structure has been erected in Princes Sticet about opposite the Savoy buildings, lhe new Town Hall is well under way, and with the razing of the old Post Office ir Princess Street, near the Stock Exchange, a start will no doubt be made with the new building. Similar activities are being carried on in other parts of the town. .
