Page, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday. to llarry "Washington Kudarz Driver, a storeman. aged 36, who appeared for sentence on charges of stealing goods valued at £-40 from Derbyshires (N.Z.)., Ltd., and of obtaining sums of money totalling £-39 2s. from the same firm by means of false pretences. Driver, who was employed by the firm pleaded guilty to both charges on, Thursday morning. Accused was sentenced to four months imprisonment on each charge, the terms to be concurrent.
