To provide for the licensing of nearby farmers and their vehicles. 3. To regulate the sale of milk by the Council. 4. To prevent the misuse of cans. 5. To provide penalties under the Bylaws. „ AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Resolution will be submitted for confirmation at an Ordinary Meeting of the Wellington City Council to be held on Thursday.
