MORGAN-WRIGHT CASE
QUESTION OF COSTS DECIDED. BY Telegraph, press association. Christchurch, February 13. A conclusion of the most recent phase of litigation in the Morgan-Wright case, in which the parties were certain beneficiaries under the will of the late E. G. Wright, end the Bank of New Zealand, with other beneficiaries, has been reached. The Bank of New Zealand sought final iudgment for costs against Eva Ethel Roberts, one, only of the parties in the recent action, in which the decision of the Court was in favour of the bank. Mr. A. F. Wright, for the hank, suggested X 360 as the amount that should bn allowed, which would be below the usual scale. His Honour allowed Xl5O, without witnesses’ expenses.
