CYCLISTS’ TOURING CLUB

HOLIDAY trips. During the holiday season, some extensive trips were made by members of the Cyclists’ Touring Club. Two parties went to Taupo, one proceeding via Napier, and the other by the Onetapu Desert and Tongariro National Park. Two I ladv members had a very pleasant tour I of the Taranaki district, and Mr. Sballcrass and his parly were in the. South Island. Another member is carrying out a solitary tour of the West Coast district. While the touring parties have been away, weekly club runs have been held as usual. On Saturday, a number •if members went t.i Featherston for the -eek-end, others being content with short bins round Marine Drive and the Hutt Valley. Trips have also been made to Paekaknriki. Waik inae, and other popular resorts.
