HARTAL AS PROTEST
Delhi, February 3.
In connection with the arrival of Sir John Simon and bis fellow-members of the Indian Commission to-day, an effective hartal (bovcott) has been observed in Bombay as a protest. Madras, where a disturbance occurred, has followed suit. The. police fired on the mob and one person was killed and five wounded.
