SERIOUS CHARGE AGAINST A WOMAN

Marv Jane Clark, of Dunedin, was charged at the Magistrate’s Court todav with unlawfully using an instrument and committing an unlawful act, theiebv causing the death of Jessie Elizabeth Smart. "Accused reserved her defence and was committed for trial to the next session of the Supreme Court at Oamaru. Bail was granted in self £2OO and two sureties of £lOO each
