The Canadian Minister, Mr. Vincent Massev; the Irish Minister, Professor Timothv Smiddv; Sir Esme Howard, Mr. Frank Kellogg, and other officials are entertaining in his honour. He will proceed to Philadelphia, and then to Ottawa later in the week, returning to Ireland on February 3.
