INTER-CLUB MATCHES

The first round of the senior grads coin petition will commence on the grass courts at Miramar on Saturday, February 4, at 1.30 p.m. The conditions are:— That a. team shall consist of I men and 4 ladies; in addition to the mens and ladies’ single and doubles, mixed doubles will be played; each match to consist of 3 sets (last set onlv advantage). Wellington; \ ic- { toria University v. Thorndon. THIRD GRADE. The fifth round of the Third Grads inter-club competition will commence on the Miramar courts on Saturday. January 28, at 1.30 p.m. The draw is as follows:— Brougham flill v. Trinity: Lyall Bay v. Newtown; Rongotai v. Mitehelltown; Roseneath v. Miramar; Sealouu v. bl. Peters; Hataitai v. Victoria University; Khandallah, a bye. • HUTT VALLEY TENNIS ASSOCIATION The following is the draw for the combined doubles tournament on Anniversary Day, January 23:— : ■ .
