SOUNDS EXCURSION
The Tamahine will make the usual trip from Wellington to Picton on Saturday next at 1.15 p.m.. returning from Picton on' Sunday evening, but there will be uo excursion to Pelorus Sound . thl %'/.mrsfons She will, however, resume her excursions on Saturday, January 21 when the usual nroerairmc will be followed, including King in Tory Channel Queen Chatlotte Sound. Pelorus Sound, and Ship Cove noted as the rendezvous of Captain Cook. Tho vessel, will , leave , at 1.15 p.m., arriving about 4.30 p.m. at Picton, where the evening will be bpent in dancing; after steaming in the late hours of the night round, to Peloius Sound, the morning will bo spent the bush and hays ot tennysoi In let, and the vessel will returnto I iclon m the afternoon and to Wellington in the evening, arriving about 9.30 p.m. .
