1 BY TELEGRAFH.—PBESS ASSOCIATION.Timaru, November 1. At the Criminal Sessions of the Supreme Court to-day John Thomas Tilson, farmer of Hinds, was found guilty of negligently driving a motor-car thereby causing the death of a-lad 17 years old. The jury recontmended merev because deceased had no light on his bicycle, and because accused rendered every , possible assistance after the accident, Leonard St. Clair Thompson, late manager of the Grosvenor Hotel, was found guilty of the theft of clothing, furniture, crockery and cash of a total value of £ll2 from the hotel. Both accused were remanded till Thursday for sentence.
