The inaugural lecture at a meeting of the Wellington branch of the New Zealand Historical Association, to be held on Friday next at Victoria College, will be delivered by Professor A. J. Grant, of Leeds University. Professor Grant, who is a distinguished historian, will speak on “Rome, Venice, and England.”
