FROZEN MEAT INDUSTRY
. SUCCESSFUL CONFERENCE. As the result of an invitation issued by the New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board to all freezing companies in New Zealand, a representative conference of freezing companies’ engineers from all parts of the 'Dominion recently attended in Wellington, states a report from the board, when a very profitable discussion took place in regard to problems relating to the methods of freezing and storing our frozen meat, the bloom on New Zealand lambs displayed at. Smithfield, and other important kindred problems relating to the frozen’ meat industry.
