HEAVY TRAFFIC FEES
The total of heavy traffic fees collected by the City Council last year was £22,000,' but this year the sum has already .reached £20,37-1 The second instalment of fees is due from October 1, and it is expected that the year’s collection will amount to not less than £25,000. This is so because many motor-owners pay the year’s lee in one lump , snip, instead of the two instalments which are provided. Hutt Road fees collected so far total £15,015.
