An elegantly dressed Russian woman emigre » from Marseilles was in the habit, of meeting a Russian from Hong-Kong. Both were searched and a large quantity of luggage revealed much heroin’. The man wore petticoates .each with twenty-two pockets for packets. A search of flats of the woman’s acquaintances revealed a key- to a strongbox of a Berlin bank, in which was discovered a correspondence code for communicating with each other,—'■ The Times.” .
