KAROR.I OPENING. Under_ perfect conditions the opening of the Karori Bowling Club's green took place on Saturday afternoon, with an attendance of about 70 members and friends. The president. Mr. W. Holden, welcomed members and friends, and stated the green ixns never in better order. He then sent down tho first kitty and bowl, amidst applause, and in a few minutes half a dozen rinks were enjoying a roll down. Afternoon tea was served by tho ladies.
