JURYMAN’S NOVEL EXCUSE. A juryman who failed to put in a prompt appearance explained that symptoms of rheumatics always developed whenz' he sat still for any length of time. He accordingly called at a hotel for a couple of J D.K.Z. Gins and soda His Honour considered the explanation satisfactory.— Advt.
