Riddell, S.M., presided iu tho Magistrate’s Court on Saturday ifl?Wilii aln Vinard Kelly, a labourer, aged 43, was sentenced to two months’ imprisonment on a charge of being a rogue and a vagabond. Archibald West, aged 56, and Edward Clarence Brimfield, alias Wilton, alias Wilson, aged 36. two labourers, were remanded until Wednesday on a charge of having stolen 6001 b. of sheet lead, valued at .£l2 125., tho property of Arthur Edward Preston.
