NOTICE IS HEREBY” GIVEN that the said John Cobb, James Cobb, and William Cobb, and the children of any of them and all other persons, if any, claiming to be entitled under the said inquiries are on or before the 6th day of December, 1927, to send by post, prepaid, to Messrs. Hurford and Taylor, or 10 Bedford Row, London, W-C.l, their full Christian and surnames, addresses and descriptions and full particulars of their claims or in default thereof they will bo excluded from the benefit of the said Order unless the Court or Judge, on application otherwise orders. CLAIMANTS are to attend personally or by their solicitor, before Master Chitty, at the Chambers of the Judge, Room No. 168, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London, on Tuesday, the 13th day of December, 1927, at 12 o’clock, noon, being the time appointed for adjudicating upon the claims. A CLAIMANT not residing in England or Wales, must send with particulars of his claim, the name and address of a person in England or Wales, to whom notices to tho claimant can be given. NOTE. —The said John Cobb is believed to have settled in Australia, but has not been heard of since 1867. Tbe said James Cobb left England in 1868, and is believed to have sailed in that year for New Zealand, but has not been heard of since that date. The said William Cobb settled in Australia.
