(°) On the southern side of Manners Street between Willis Street and Dixon Street within 70ft. -of the northern side of Manners Street. (3) On tho western side of Thorndon Quay between Sydney Street and Tinakori Road within 80ft. of the eastern side of Thorndon Quay.' 2. To permit the erection of temporary buildings on the lands on which the erection of buildings is so prohibited.
