COOK’S MOSCOW VISIT
4 ATTACK ON MINERS’ INTERNATIONAL RESENTED. (Rec. Marcli 20, 5.5 p.m.) Berlin, March 18. Austrian, Czech, Dutch, German, and Polish members of the Miners’ International Committee has issued a manifesto protesting against Mr. A. J. Cook’s’ attacks on the International during his Moscow visit, and requesting the British Miners’ Federation to prevent a recurrence.—Sydney "Sun” Cable.
