STEAMER QUARANTINED
RASH ON CHINESE PASSENGER. (Rec. March 4, 8.55 p.m.) Sydney, March 4. ftn arrival from China to-day the steamer Changte was held in quarantine owing to a rash being discovered on a Chinese passenger. The port medical officer was unable to diagnose the rash, and the vessel will be detained pending its development.
