ANOTHER BIG BATCH COMING On board the Pakeha, which will arrive in Auckland on January 2b, are a partv of farm youths, who are coming to' the Dominion under the auspices of the Salvation Army immigration department. A few of these lads are still to be allotted to prospective cmplovers, and, for the sake of the bovs, it is hoped that they will obtain suitable employment soon aftei they arrive. This will make over 40u who have come' out under the Salvation Army boys’ farm scheme during the last ‘two 'years. Major Greene, the after-care officer, who is greatly interested iti the farm boys, bus just completed an extensive trip throughout the North Island, during which time lie saw about 200 of the ln,nn ' grants, who were all doing well ami giving’every satisfaction in their jobs.
