SNOWBOUND TRAINS
FOOD FOR PASSENGERS BY AEROPLANES (Rec. December 80, 8.15 p.m.) Madrid, December 29. The Government is sending aeroplanes to drop food and coinforts for passengers in snowbound trains on the Madrid-Albacete railway, where the snow is five feet deep and is still falling. Relief trains were forced to return.
