A WILL AS AN INSURANCE FUND “Where there is no will there is no way to carry out the*wishes of the testator in regard to the disposal of his property,’’ remarks a writer on wills. Where there is no will, there is a way to all manner of anxiety, suffering and loss for dependants, but where there is a right will there is a right way to peace of mind for the testator in his lifetime and to the best possible provision lor dependants—if the .right will appoints the right trustee. “Consider your will in the same light as insurance—for it is insurance.
