IT Ims come to the notice of my Com- * puny that in spite of my previous winnings certain persons continue to use my Company’s bottles for their own purpci es I repeat that these bottles are lhe Company’s property, and are not sold by it 1 desire to say that the whole matter has been placed in the hands of the Company’s Solicitors, with instructions to take immediate action against anyone using such bottles, aud to do so without giving any further warning. 1 should also like to point out to those of our Customers vvho bottle our beer that they are not entitled to use our bottles for doing so. These bottles are solely the property of The Tui Brewery Limited, and are not sold to anyone when the beer is delivered in them by the Company.
