ANOTHER WARM DEBATE (Rec. December 21, 9.5 p.m.) Sydney, December 21. ' Tn the Legislative Assembly there was a further warm debate on the Budget. Mr. Lang moved the closure, which was carried by 45 votes to 41. A message covering the intention to impose the tax on newspapers was formally introduced, and the House then proceeded with consideration of the Estimates. 1
