TUGS FAIL TO TOW HER OFF (Rec. December 18, 1.10 a.nt.) Sydney. December 17. lour tugs at high tide failed to towoff the Woodara, which went aground at Port Kembla. The position of the steamer has become worse. Another attempt to tow her off will be made m the morning.
