TAKAPUNA BUSES

At last night’s meeting of tlie Takapuna Council, the borough solicitor advised that there was no right of appeal against Mr. Justice Adams’s judgment, and that the owners of the yellow buses must apply to the No. 2 licensing authority for licenses to run to Takapuna. It was decided that the proposal to acquire the undertaking of the Tramway and Ferry Company be advertised afresh, with the object of taking a ratepayers’ poll at the xmd of January.
