TAMAROA LEAVES COLON. Cabled news has been received by the Shaw, Savill, and Albion Co. that the Tamaroa left Colon on Wednesday evening for Southampton and London, en route from Wellington. The vessel sailed from Wellington on November 24.

TONGARIRO TO LOAD. The New Zealand Shipping Co.’s steamer Tongariro will leave Dunedin l-oday tor Tlinaru to complete discharge of her London cargo. The vessel will subsequently come to Wellington, arriving here on

Wednesday to load. She will return from Wellington to Timaru to till up, and is to sail finally from the latter port on January 5 for London, via Panama and Curacao.

DEWEY IN PORT. At a late hour last night the steamer Dewey arrived in the stream from Los Angeles, via Auckland. The vessel will berth at the Railway Wharf this morning to the agency of Messrs. Burns, Philp, ■ind Co. She will leave Wellington on Monday evening or Tuesday morning for New Plymouth and Australian ports.

THE HUNTINGDON. The New Zealand Shipping Co. report that the Huntingdon, which left Port Chalmers at 3.30 p.m. yesterday for Lyttelton and Wellington, is due here tomorrow morning for further loading.

MAHANA’S MOVEMENTS. The Shaw, Savill, and Albion Co. advise that the Mahana, which left. Wellington at midday yesterday for New Plymouth to complete discharge, will return thence to Wellington to await orders. The vessel is due back here on Wednesday.

MERNOO AT AUCKLAND. The new steamer Mernoo, 2417 tons, arrived at Auckland yesterday morning from Montreal. After unloading part cargo, she will leave Auckland to-morrow for Wellington, arriving here on Monday. The New Zealand Shipping Co. are the local agents.

THE WEST CONOB. A wireless message reports that the wpfit Conob will arrive at Auckland toJay from Los Angeles, with Pacific Coast cargo The vessel is due at Wellington about the middle of next week. lor Auckland, the steamer has for discharge 599,000 ft. of lumber, 25,000 cases of oil, and 500 tons of general cargo. To dispose of the remainder of her car-o, the West Conob will later proceed to .Xaple, Wellington, Nelson, Lyttelton, Timaru, and Dunedin. Messrs. Burns, Philp, and Co. are the local agents.

MAHENO LEAVES MELBOURNE Advice has been received by the Union Company that the Maheno cleared Melbourne at 5 p.m. on Wednesday for Wei* lington, via Milford Sound, Bluff, Dunedin. and Lyttelton. The vessel is dne at Bluff on Monday and at Wellington on December 24. She will leave on December 28 for Melbourne direct.

SUSSEX AT SINGAPORE. The Union Company advise that the Sussex, from Calcutta, was expected to clear Singapore yesterday for Samarang to complete loading. The vessel is expected to clear Samarang on Monday for Auckland, where she is due about January 15. After part discharge at Auckland she will visit Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru, Dunedin, and Bluff to complete discharge.

VINEMOOR FROM SAN FRANCISCO. Wireless advice has been received by the .Union Company that the Vinemoor which left San Francisco on November -0 for Wellington, expects to arrive here at 10 am. to-day. After part discharge the ■vessel will go on to Melbourne to complete.
