CLOCKS OUT OF STEP
Sir —Taking a recent observation of the tramway, Post Office, and railway clocks, all vary a little. I presume the times are taken from the Post Office. The tramway clocks are frequently out with one another, and, being one minute out, one has to wait nearly ten minutes for Island Bay trams from Island Bay to Lambton
