NEW ZEALANDERS’ SUCCESS IN MELBOURNE. Dominion Special. ■ Christchurch, October 28. Further private information has been received in Christchurch to the effect that R. S. Taylor and F. Truscott, both of Christchurch, shared in the prize money for (he .£5OOO handicap live pigeon shoot organised by tho Melbourne Gun Club. Taylor also received a share of the stake in a £lOOO match, for which there were 196 nominations, and he and L. P. Hughes, of Auckland, had not had a miss in the world’s championship, commenced yesterday.
