CITY COUNCIL
A special meeting of the City Council will be held on Thursday next at 4 p.m. for the purpose of confirming the new health by-law; and to deal with any applications to establish motor omnibus services, and for licenses to use any omnibus in connection with an omnibus service witbin No. 9 omnibus district. The regulations in connection with the. new Omnibus Act have now been issued, and under its provisions the Wellington City Council is the licensing authority.
