VOTE FOR WATER TO-DAY Provision for 400 houses made in proposals, and £l5OO niay be raised later if needed for further connections and extensions. The old Hutt Counuty scheme only provided for 216 houses (including the golf house residences). All streets in West Ward provided for in the Borough scheme. The Hutt Countv proposals made no provision for Stephen Street, Moonshine Road, Sandford Street 1 Merton Road, Riddiford's Road, Brentwood Road, Terminus Road, Dunn’s Road, Kiln Road, nor part of Chatsworth Road No pipe less than 4in. in side roads under Borough scheme, with 6>n mains in Sutherland Avenue to camp boundary, and along whole of man road.
