—t (Rec. Octobel 25, 7.35 p.m.) London. October 24. Lieut.-Commander Kenworthy, ' Liberal M.P., announces that he is joiriine the Labour Partv. He savs it is the duty of everv Liberal and Radical, including Mr Llovi’l George, to follow his example, since the Liberals are split from ton to bottom, and Labour is the biggest party.
