ENORMOUS INCREASE IN RUSSIA

Berlin, October 24.

Wolves, are overrunning East Prussia to such an extent that £25 is offered for every wolf shot. Wolves attacked villages and farms, and scores of sheep and cattle have been maimed. ■ The invasion is due to' conditions in Russia, where wolves have enormously increased owing to the virtual suspension of wolf hunts.
