This is our bright day. „ i tt. l r j Competitors in the great “Miss New Zealand ’ Beauty Contest have really woke up to the position. 1 hey have realised at last that there are only three or four days left. That it is only a matter of hours when the opportunity to enter epid win fame and something more substantial will have passed. THE RUSH IS ON. ' In the friendliest and most helpful spirit possible, we say to all who hold coupons to be photographed we say to each and every one of them —DO IT NOW! Each hour’s delay is to your own disadvantage—you take a risk of being crowded We must have all photographs in hand for the judges and for reproduction purposes at the earliest possible moment. By this time next week the judges will be busily at work making their first selection. When you are photographed tell the official photographer to hurry forward your photograph. TAKE NO CHANCES. It is going to be a great finish. The judges will have a rare job in making a selection. You will be able to enter up to Saturday next, but you take a risk by delaying until the last minute. Entry forms of intending competitors within the Wellington provincial boundaries are available at the office of the Manager Beauty Contest, “DOMINION” Office, Dominion Avenue, Wellington, or from the Manager, Palmerston North Office of’“THE DOMINION,” and are obtainable either by personal application, or by mail on forwarding five shillings entry fee. A coupon will be given to the competitor, entitling her to be photographed, free of charge, at the S. P. Andrew Studios, Willis Street Wellington, or at a place and date to be arranged. Mr. Andrew has been appointed official photographer tor the Wellington province. In order to facilitate the entry of country competitors, and to give them equal opportunities with the city girls, it has been arranged that photographers will be available at Palmerston North, Masterton, Wanganui, Napier, New Plymouth, Gisborne, and Nelson.
