BRITISH AIR MINISTRY BUILDING FLEET

The “Dailv Express” lays that as the result of the competition thrown open to British aircraft manufacturers for the best daylight bombing ’planes, the Air Ministry is building a fleet of fifty giant machines capable of a speed of TOO miles an hour, in rarefied air, at a height of four miles, when they will be invisible and out of range of anti-aircraft guns.
