H.M.S. DUNEDIN

TO BE OVERHAULED

Au announcement concerning the future movements of H.M.S. Dunedin was made bv the Minister of Defence (Hon. F. J.’ Rolleston), in reply to a question by a Dominion reporter yesterday.

Mr’ Rolleston stated that it would be necessary, some months hence, for H.M.S. Dunedin to be sent to England for what is technically known as a refit. The question of dispatching the vessel next year, the Minister added, was under consideration. The word refit comprehends a general overhaul.
