INSUFFICIENT PARKING PLACES
"I would like to draw the council’s attention to the fact that there are’insufficient parking places in the city, saia Councillor F. W. Manton, at the City Council’s meeting last night. He suggested that the By-laws Committee should go into the matter with a view to alleviating the congestion.
