LADIES’ REST ROOM
"I would like to know who gave authority for the disfigurement on the ladies’ rest room in Manners Street, asked Councillor F. Meadowcroft, at the City Council meeting last night. The Mayor. Mr. C. J. B. Norwood, in reply, said he had not discovered who was responsible for it. Councillor Meadowcroft: low haven t found the culprit ? His Worship: No.
