Sydney, September 28. The State Cabinet has lommuted the death sentence passed on Maurice Strvmans to imprisonment for life. jStrvmans, a sea captain of Belgian birth, shot Mrs. Brandt in a flat in Svdnev. The crime was ascribed to jealousy.]
