NOMINATIONS FOR VACANCIES. The returning officer announces that he has received the following nominations for the two vacancies for producers’ representatives on the New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board.—Messrs. F. S. Bowen (Gisborne), J. O. Coop (Ataahua, Canterbury), C. D. Dickie (Hawera), T. A. Duncan (Hunterville), sititng member; Adam Hamilton (Invercargill), sitting member. The election will take nlace on August 26, when the delegates who represent the various districts throughout the Dominion. and who constitute the electoral committee. will assemble in Wellington to consider the fourth annual report and statement of accounts of the hoard and to elect the two producers’ representatives on the board. The election of delegates in Southland, which is the only district in which an election has been necessary, will take Place to-day.
