Meteorological Office, Wellington, July 13, 4 pan. Present indications are for strong south-easterly to north-easterly winds. Weather cold and changeable, with heavy showers, particularly in the northern and east coast districts. Barometer rising in the north, but unsteady in the south. The storm centre has now moved north-eastward of East Cape.—D. C. BATES.
