Through some of the workmen employed in the Government Buildings, Lambton Quay, accidentally touching the automatic 6re alarm at 4.19 yesterafternoon the brigade quickly tur”cd out, nnd two engines went dashing tn the scene. A thorough search of the building was made, but fortunately the call turned out. to be a fake alarm.
