STRANDED TUGELA

VESSEL REFLOATED. Sydney, July 12. Advice lias been received that the steamer Tugela is still on Helen Reef. Four hundred tons of cargo have been shifted aft. It is hoped to save the vessel and the greater part of the cargo (Rcc. July 12, .7.35 p.m.) Sydney, July 12. A wireless message has been received stating that the Tugela has been refloated after about 10 per cent, of the cargo, mainly copra, w.as jettisoned.
