The vessel will now leave there on Thursday for Auckland, and Is expected to clear the latter port next Monday for London, Antwerp, Avonmoutli, Liverpool, Mancnester, and Glasgow.
ATHENIC LEAVES BALBOA. Cable news has been received by the Shaw, Savill, and Albion Co. that the Athenic left Balboa on Friday evening for Wellington and Auckland, en route from London and Southampton. The vessel is due at Wellington on July 31, and after putting out part cargo wiU proceed to Auckland with the remainder. The Athenic will commence loading at Auckland, and will subsequently load also at Napier, Timaru, Lyttelton, and Wellington. The Athenic Is due at Wellington again on August 24, and will sail finally from here on August 28 for Southampton and London, via Panama.
THE PORT MELBOURNE. The C. and D. Line report that the Port Melbourne will leave Timaru to-night for Lyttelton and Wellington to complete loading. The vessel is due at Wellington on Friday morning, and will sail from here next Tuesday for London, via Panama.
THE NORFOLK REPORTED. A radio message was received by the Federal Co. yesterday from the Isorfolk, en route from Liverpool, stating that the vessel will arrive at Auckland at midday on Thursday. The Norfolk should reach Wellington about July 24.
Tainui to arrive on Saturday. A wireless message was received yesterday by the Shaw, Savill, and Albion Co. from their liner Tainui, en route from London and Southampton, stating that the vessel will arrive at Wellington at daybreak next Saturday. The Talnui has no cargo to put out at Wellington, but after disembarking her passengers bere will sail on Sunday morning for Lyttelton to commence discharge. The vessel will also discharge at Dunedin, and afterwards will load at Port Chalmers. She will subsenuontly discharge and load at Bluff, and will then load at Timaru and Wellington. The Tainui is due at Wellington on August 8, and will sail finally from here at daybreak on August 14 for Southampton and London, via Panama.
THE HERTFORD. The Hertford arrived at Bluff at 0.30 p m. on Sunday from Dunedin to complete discharge and to proceed with her loading. The vessel will leave Bluff next Sunday morning for Timaru to continue loading.
MATATUA TO LOAD. . The Shaw, Savill, and Albion Co. advise that the Matatna is due at Oamaru on July 20 from Brisbane to commence loading. The vessel will next proceed to load at Timaru, Lyttelton, New Plymouth, and Wellington. She is due nt W elbngton on August G, and will sail finally from here on August, 10 for London, via Montevideo and Tenerlffe.
THE PORT PIRIE. The C. and D. Line advise that the Port Pirie, at present loading at New Plymouth, will leave there on Thursday for Wellington. She is due hero on Friday, and will sail on Sunday morning for Napier to pick up the remainder of her cargo. The Port Pirie is to sail finally from Nnpler on July 21 for Glasgow, Liverpool, Avonmouth, and London, via Panama. THE RUAHINE. I The New Zealand Shipping Co. advise that the liner Ruahine will now leave Lyttelton to-morroilv for .Wellington, arriving here on Thursday morning to complete loading. The vessel is timed to sail from Wellington at daybreak on Saturday for Southampton and London, via Pitcairn, Panama, and Curacao. PAKEHA TO LOAD. It is announced by the Shaw. Savill, and Albion Co. that the Pakelia is due at Opua on August 4 from Newcastle to commence loading. She will afterwards load also at Gisborne. Wanganui roadstead, Lyttelton, nnd Wellington. The vessel Is due at Wellington on August 20, and will sail finally from here on August 31 for London, via Montevideo and Tenerlffe. GALLIC LEAVES LONDON. A cable message to the- Shaw, Savill, and Albion Co. reports that the Gallic sailed from London last Thursday for Australia and New Zealand. The vessel Is coming out via the Cape of Good Hope. MISCELLANEOUS. The A. and A. Line steamer Lepanto will sail from Wellington to-morrow evening for Lyttelton, Timaru, Dunedin, and Bluff to put out the remainder of her Now York cargo. , Tlie Kent berthed at New Plymouth at 1 p.m. yesterday to continue loading.
