Cable news has been received by the Shaw. Savill and Albion Company that the Kia Ora left Balboa on Wednesday evening for New Zealand ports, en route from Liverpool. The vessel is due at Auckland on July 29, and at V\ ell-ngton on August 5. TEKOA LEAVES PANAMA. Tho Federal Company have been attvised that the Tekoa arrived at Panama on July 6 from Wellington, and sailed again on July 7 for west coast ports ol Great Britain. Tho vessel left Wellington on June 17. THE PORT MELBOURNE. The U. and D. Line steamer Port Melbourne left Wanganui Inst evening for Timaru. Lyttelton, and Wellington, the vessel is due at Timaru to-morrow. She is to leave there on Tuesday for Lyßci lon and Wellington, and is due here next Saturday. The Port Melbourne will sail finally from Wellington on July foi London, via Panama. THE CANADIAN CHALLENGER. A wireless message received from tlio Canadian Challenger states that the vessel will arrive at Auckland to-morrow from Montreal. The vessel is due at Wellington next Thun'lay. PASSENGERS FROM HOME. OTOKIA BERTHS. Tho Union Company’s oil-tanker Otokia. which arrived in the st,earn at Wellington on the previous even,.ig from San Luis (California), berthed at 10 a.m. yesterday at Miramar Wharf, to pomp her oil-fuel ashore to the Union Company's reservoirs. The vessel had an uneventful trip down the Pacific, the weather being generally moderate. B is expected that the Otckia will leave Wellington about Tuesday next on the return trip Gallfornia.

THE RUAHINE. Tho New Zealand shipping Company advise that the Ruahine left Napier at 9.c0 o’clock on Thursday night for Lyttelton and Wellington, to complete loading. The vessel is due at Wellington next Thursday, and will sail finally trom here at daybreak next Saturday for Southampton and London, via Pitcairn Island. Panama, and Curacao. Passengers are required to embark at 8 o'clock next Friday evening. MAIMOA AT SUVA. The Shaw, Savill and Albion Company have been notified that the Maimoa arrived at Suva on Thursday night from London, and is to sail this afternoon for New Zealand ports. The vessel is due at Auckland on Wednesday afternoon, and at Wellington on July 24. THE PORT PIRIE. The C. and D. Line advise that the Port Pirie left Opua at 6.30 a.m. yesterday for New Plymouth, where she is duo this afternoon. The vessel’s next port is Wellington, and she is due here next Thursday. From Wellington the Port Pirie will go to Napier, and 1b to sail finally from that port for Glasgow, Liverpool, Avonmouth, and London. KAURI LEAVES GEELONG. Tho Union Company advise that ’he Kauri was expected to clear Geelong yesterday for Auckland. THE KARETU. The Union Company advise that the Karetu will clear Melbourne to-day for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff. She is due here about July 17. A LIGHT DISCONTINUED, The Auckland Harbour Board notify that the fixed red light formerly exhibited at the eastern end of Kohimarama Wharf has been discontinued. The fixed white light, 23ft. above M.H.W.8., exhibited at the western side, will continue unaltered. MISCELLANEOUS. The Devon was to leave Waikokopu last night for Gisborne, to continue loading. The Hertford was expected to sail from Port Chalmers last evening for Bluff, to complete discharge and to proceed with her loading. The Canadian Conqueror left Auckland at 7 o’clock yesterday morning for New York, Boston, and Montreal. The Wingatui, from southern ports, is due at Wellington on Tuesday, and will go on to Auckland. The Waipahi will clear Napier to-day for Auckland. She will leave the northern port next Wednesday for Lyttelton and Dunedin. The Kurow will clear Dunedin to-dav. via Lyttelton, for Wellington. She is due here on Tuesday, and will go on to Picton to complete loading for Auckland The Kawatiri, from Melbourne, via Auckland, arrived at Wellington last night. She will leave to-dav for New Plymouth to complete discharge, and will proceed thence to K estport to load for Wellington. The Katoa was expected to clear Auckland last night for Wellington and southern ports. The Kaponga will clear Westpprt today for Lyttelton, Oamairu, and Dunedin. The Kahika will Dunedin about tho middle of next week for Wellington. Nelson, and New Plymouth. The Kamona will clear Grcymouth today for "Wellington. Napier, and Gisborne. The Kamo will load at Dunedin about the end of next week for Wellington. Napier, and G'sborn*. The Kairanga. front South Australian ports, witl leave Auckland on Monday for Wellington. She is due here about. Wednesday, and will go on to southern ports to complete discharge.
